1. Do you accept returns?
Yes, provided you send them back within one month of receipt. We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping, but will be happy to credit that back to you toward a future purchase.
2. Are prices negotiable?
Absolutely, just send us a DM with an offer and we’ll be happy to consider it.
3. Is your only inventory listed on the site?
Nope, we’re seasonal for easier browsing! DM us if you’re looking for something out-of-season and we’ll let you know what we have.
4. Do you accept consignments?
Maybe! If you have Plus-Sized or otherwise specialty items to sell we’d be happy to consider.
5. Do you ship furniture?
No, we’ll entertain deliveries within a few hours of the Bronx, but otherwise we’re keeping it local at this time.
6. Do you only sell used furniture and clothing?
Mostly, some items still have tags on so are technically still new!
7. When you say you deliver locally to NYC…
Literally, we will bring your item to you in NYC! Depending on our schedules (and the whims of the MTA), can even be the same day.
8. Do you have a physical store?
Yes, but it happens to be in our home, so you’ll understand our hesitancy to open up to the public just yet. Interested in live browsing? Reach out! We can arrange for private showings / fittings, and will eventually host some pop-ups.
9. What other services do you offer?
Think your friendly consultant for fashion, decor and organizational needs. Whether it’s a closet edit to help you recapture excitement about your wardrobe, help finding the perfect outfit for an event big or small, or advice on reorganizing a living room to accommodate the mountain of toys young children accumulate, we do it all!
